Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

 Hope Behavioral Services of Volusia, a division of The Hope Group, is currently seeking qualified, dedicated, and compassionate RBTs to provide family-centered ABA services to children and teenagers with behavior challenges and skill deficits in home, school, and community settings throughout Volusia County. Join our dynamic, supportive team.

Compensation:

  • Experienced RBTs $21.50 - $23.00 hourly
  • RBTs In Training - $18.00 - $20.00
  • Afternoon (4pm-8pm) or weekend differential $2 hourly

License/Certification

  •  RBT Certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities and Duties

  •  Travel to client’s homes and community settings to provide one-on-one ABA Therapy in natural environments.
  • Accurately keep record of client’s progress through data collection and detailed session notes
  • Submit clinical documentation in a timely manner.
  • Manage challenging behaviors that occur.
  • Accurately implement skill acquisition programs and implement the individualized Behavior Intervention Plan
  • Participate in weekly supervision sessions with the behavior analyst.
  • Provide support to caregivers as they learn to reinforce appropriate behaviors and manage challenging behaviors.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team including the client, parents, other caregivers.
  • Adhere to the BACB’s RBT Ethics Code (2.0)
